In-depth Collaboration & Process Validation: Collaborated closely with NIKE's design team to fully understand brand visual guidelines; selected optimal printing techniques, inks, and coating solutions through multiple rounds of prototyping and testing to ensure 100% design fidelity and abrasion resistance; conducted printability analysis on eco-polyfiber and optimized pre-treatment to enhance ink adhesion;
Building Agile Custom Production Line: Established a dedicated custom printing line equipped with high-precision printing machinery and color management systems to ensure color accuracy across batches; optimized pre-press workflow for rapid design file processing, precise color separation, and plate-making to shorten customization cycle; implemented in-line print quality control, using automated inspection and manual multi-point checks to real-time monitor print clarity, registration accuracy, and color uniformity;
