What are the standard customization options?
Our standard customization involves using our existing tape measure molds. You can personalize the color and print your logo or company information directly onto the tape and/or case. This is ideal for branding existing product styles.
What if I need a tape measure in a completely unique size or shape?
For unique designs requiring new tooling, we offer special custom manufacturing. We will create new molds based on your specific design drawings. The final product's dimensions and features will be exactly as per your specifications.
Can I customize paper tape measures?
Yes! We produce custom paper tape measures (paper rulers). These are made directly according to your design artwork, allowing full customization of color and dimensions. No mold fee.
Do you offer low-quantity custom tailor's tapes?
Absolutely. For custom tailor tapes (soft/fabric tapes), we offer a Print-On-Demand (POD) service. This is perfect for low MOQ, even if only 100 pieces. We print your design directly onto a durable synthetic fabric base, allowing full customization of colors and sizes. No mold fee applies to POD orders.
What are the options for custom stainless steel tape measures?
We offer two primary methods for custom stainless steel tapes:
· Laser Engraving: Ideal for lower quantities and no mold fee. This method produces highly durable, waterproof, rust-proof, scratch-resistant markings that won't fade. Perfect for prototypes or smaller batches.
· Mold Printing & Nylon Coating: Best suited for high-volume production. Your design is printed using a custom mold, and the tape is then coated with protective nylon. This also results in a waterproof, rust-proof, scratch-resistant, and fade-proof finish.
